Under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent Minnie Malin, the Human Resources department is charged with seeking competent employees for various positions and certifying their legal eligibility. This department strives each and every day to serve the public, parents, and employees in a friendly and professional manner upholding our "Good to Great"motto.
In addition, this department interacts with individuals and the employee associations to address employment conditions and the negotiated agreements andis responsible
for the development, supervision andimplementation
of various health services including the Santee Community Collaborative, safe
school services, Santee Success Program; pupil services; child welfare and
attendance, and supervision of the Out-of-School Time Programs. While each association has its own goals, the employees in these associations agree that education of all children is the District's main goal and responsibility.
SanteeSchool District is proud of the many working relationships that have been established and as a result, "Keys to Professional Success" were developed in a joint effort by district and employee leaders.
