    By 6th grade, chronic absence becomes a leading indicator that a student will drop out of high school.

     Attendance Tip:
    Attendance is a parent and student responsibility. Let your child know that you think attending school daily is important. Show them you are interested in their school activities and tell them that you want them to do well in school.

  • School Site Council

    Our School Site Council has two open parent positions for the 2019-2020 school year. Elected parents will serve on the council for the next two years and oversee school budget expenditures, school safety and curriculum purchasing. These parent representatives must be elected by other PRIDE parents. If you are interested in being on school site council, please complete the short application found HERE

  • History/Social Science Instructional Materials Preview

    The Santee School District staff will be recommending new History/Social Science instructional materials adoption for students in grades K-5 and grades 6-8. These materials will be available for viewing at the Santee School District's Board Room in the Educational Resources Center from May 1st through May 21st. 

     

    El personal del Distrito Escolar de Santee recomendará la adopción de nuevos materiales de instrucción para estudiantes en los grados K-5 y grados 6-8. Estos materiales estaran disponibles para verlos en la Sala de la Junta del Distrito Escolar de Santee en el Centro de Recursos Educativos desde el 1 de Mayo hasta el 21 de Mayo.
