    • Force close an app - Double click the home button, then swipe up apps you don’t need or that aren’t working.

    • Wifi issues - Look for Wifi symbol in top left corner. Go to Settings-->Wi-Fi. Be sure it is on, check for SanteeStudent, turn Wi-Fi off and back on to reset

    • Frozen or glitching iPad - press Power button until you see “Slide to Power Off”. Slide it, wait for it to shut down, then press the Power button to restart

    • Problems continue AFTER you have already turned it off and on again - Hard Reset: Press Home button and Power button until you see the apple symbol appear

    • Check memory usage - Go to Settings-->General-->Usage: Less than 2 GB available, delete pictures and videos. Save anything you need to Edmodo backpack

    • DO NOT SAVE websites to the home screen unless your teacher directs you to do so. These cannot be deleted.

    • NO PASSCODES are allowed

    • Proxy server window asking for a passcode - Username: safe Password: 1234  If you cancel out of this, you will have no wifi.

    • Remember this iPad belongs to the district, not you. You are to use it for educational use, as directed by your teacher.
