    Behavior Management

It is important to me to keep a good rapport with you. I encourage positive choices and like to incentivize good behavior in my classroom. In order to learn, your behavior and attitude needs to be at par with my classroom expectations. We will have many middle school activities throughout the year to reward you for your good choices. I know it can be done. If you chose not follow the along with the expectations set forth in my classroom, I do follow the 5 STEP program enforced here at Pepper Drive. You will have a step card given to you at the beginning of each trimester. All information regarding this policy is on the back of the STEP card you will be given. It will be your responsibility to have this card with you at all times. At any point in time you lose your card and I have to get you a step, you will have 2 steps as a consequence. #dontloseit
