iPad Troubleshooting Tips
Force close an app - Double click the home button, then swipe up apps you don’t need or that aren’t working.
Wifi issues - Look for Wifi symbol in top left corner. Go to Settings-->Wi-Fi. Be sure it is on, check for SanteeStudent, turn Wi-Fi off and back on to reset
Frozen or glitching iPad - press Power button until you see “Slide to Power Off”. Slide it, wait for it to shut down, then press the Power button to restart
Problems continue AFTER you have already turned it off and on again - Hard Reset: Press Home button and Power button until you see the apple symbol appear
Check memory usage - Go to Settings-->General-->Usage: Less than 2 GB available, delete pictures and videos. Save anything you need to Edmodo backpack
DO NOT SAVE websites to the home screen unless your teacher directs you to do so. These cannot be deleted.
NO PASSCODES are allowed
Proxy server window asking for a passcode - Username: safe Password:1234 If you cancel out of this, you will have no wifi.
