pool time dogs 2nd bike With boys

I've wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. One of my favorite games was playing "school" with my two sisters and friends from the neighborhood. I loved school and it didn't matter if I was playing the teacher or the student so long as I could convince my sisters to participate. It's that love of learning that I hope to instill in my students. I truly believe that every child is unique and has so much to offer. I feel very fortunate to have a job that I love doing every day!

I grew up in El Cajon, went to Granite Hills High School (class of '84), and my mom still live in the house where I was born. I've worked in K-12 classrooms since 1986 as an interpreter for the deaf for over 20 years before going back to school to get my teaching credential.  I have four dogs and six boys (including stepsons).  My youngest son went to Rio Seco, West Hills HS (go Wolfpack), and is a 6'7" freshman at SDSU.  In my spare time I enjoy riding my Harley, camping,  Facebook, Pinterest, and spending time with my friends & family!  I also like baking, floating in my pool, and teaching.   That's me.  :-)
