• The Target is Excellent Citizenship:

    Every day is a new day! Students start each day with two citizenship points; 10 points per week. After a verbal warning, one point will be deducted each time a student's behavior is redirected in class. When both points are gone, student wil be given a step (3 strikes rule). Citizenship points kept for the week are entered into Powerschool under the Citizenship category.

    A (90-100%)

    The student ALWAYS:

    Volunteers to help others
    Maintains a positive relationship with peers
    Demonstrates high levels of self-discipline by NOT causing disruptions to self and others
    Keeps on task without monitoring

    Follows classroom rules and procedures/routines without fail/reminders

    B (80-89%)

    The student USUALLY:
    Provides positive leadership
    Volunteers to help others
    Maintains a positive relationship with peers
    Demonstrates high levels of self-discipline by NOT causing disruptions to self and others
    Keeps on task without monitoring

    Follows classroom rules and procedures/routines without fail/reminders

    C (70-79%)

    The student INCONSISTENTLY:
    Provides positive leadership

    Volunteers to help others
    Maintains a positive relationship with peers
    Demonstrates high levels of self-discipline by NOT causing disruptions to self and others
    Keeps on task without monitoring

    Follows classroom rules and procedures/routines without fail/reminders 

    D (60-69%)

    The student RARELY:
    Provides positive leadership
    Volunteers to help others
    Maintains a positive relationship with peers
    Demonstrates high levels of self-discipline by NOT causing disruptions to self and others
    Keeps on task without monitoring

    Follows classroom rules and procedures/routines without fail/reminders

    F (below 60%)
