Pepper Drive School is proud to work under the guidance and leadership of the PTA's Tierra Del Sol Council and San Diego's 9th District PTA.
The collaboration to build our PTA will include educating volunteers on compliance issues, organizational procedures, collaboration with the community, service to the school and opportunities to contribute to the education of our students at Pepper Drive School. The Bylaws Committee has met and formulated new bylaws that will govern our PTA.Secondly, under the guidance of leadership from the Tierra Del Sol Council, the Nominating Committee met for the second time on March 22, 2013. The following slate of officers were selected and voted on:
President - Barbie Smith
Executive Vice President - Ally Prochazka
Secretary - Elizabeth Groff
Treasurer - Amber Phillips
Auditor - Alisa Marrone
Historian - Eric Johnson
This slate of officers will be presented for approval via elections (vote) at an organizational meeting to be held in the school's multipurpose room on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 5:00 pm. We are excited about this great opportunity to serve our students, school and community under the PTA - a nationally recognized organization. This meeting will be conducted by the leadership of the Tierra Del Sol Council and Ninth District PTA.
