Santee Elementary School District schools serve students and families throughout the community. As school facilities age, roofs, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning systems, safety equipment and other essential infrastructure require repair or replacement.
The District has placed a $30 million general obligation bond measure on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot. The measure would provide funding for repairs and improvements at our local elementary schools while extending, but not increasing, the current tax rate.
