Approval of Agreement with Target River for Marketing Solutions: The Board approved the agreement with Target River for marketing solutions from April 2026 – October 31, 2026. Target River will deliver a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaign to increase awareness, interest, and engagement with Santee School District among key stakeholders.

Approval of Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators: The Board approved the Declaration. By submitting an annual declaration, the District is certifying that a diligent search to recruit a fully prepared teacher for the assignment(s) was made, and that if a suitable fully prepared teacher is not available to the school district, the District will make a reasonable effort to recruit based on the priority requirements stated in the declaration.
