Appointment of Executive Assistant II, Board of Education and Superintendent: Brandi Medrano was appointed as Executive Assistant II, to the Board of Education and Superintendent.
Mrs. Medrano currently serves as a Personnel Technician in Human Resources. Prior to joining the District, she served as Director of Youth & Family Activities with the U.S. Coast Guard and held positions with Palo Verde Unified School District as a Regional Coordinator, Health Technician, and Administrative Assistant to the Dean. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management.
Mrs. Medrano is a highly organized and adaptable administrative professional with extensive experience supporting executive leadership, managing complex projects and operations, and building strong relationships with staff, community members, and external partners. Throughout her career, she has coordinated executive-level initiatives, led recruitment and onboarding efforts, facilitated community engagement, and implemented efficient processes that enhance organizational effectiveness. Her diverse background in public education, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and government programs has prepared her to successfully manage competing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
