More information about the LCAP can be found at santeesd.net/LCAP.

Discussion and/or Action Items
- The board approved a contract with School Facility Consultants for modernization and new construction projects with State Facilities Programs.
- The board approved the Outdoor Education Agreement with the San Diego County Office of Education, securing pricing for the 2025-26 Outdoor School Program.
- The board approved a contract with Amplify for the purchase of the mCLASS-DIBELS Reading Difficulty Screener. As required by Senate Bill 114, this screener will assess K-2 students on foundational reading skills and will identify students who may need additional support. mCLASS-DIBELS provides both a screener to identify reading difficulties, as well as progress monitoring tools and assessments. The platform allows for teachers to easily access student results and use them to make informed decision about instruction.
- The board approved the Memorandum of Understanding with San
Diego Youth Services to offer the Anti-BIAS program to 7 and 8 grade students as requested by school sites. The Anti Bullying Intervention Advocacy Support Program (Anti-BIAS) helps students cope with drama and bullying behavior. SOYS uses trained mental health specialists to provide therapeutic support, case management, and advocacy for the students identified as being a victim of bullying. The program, targeting 7-8 grades with parent consent, can offer
classroom or small group support, as well as individual support for students and families.
