Uniform Complaint Procedures

The district complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the California Education Code 234.1. The district will investigate and resolve sexual harassment complaints under Santee School District Board's Uniform Complaint Procedures (Board Policy | Administrative Regulation). Review the UCP Annual Notice for more information.
