Santee School District assures an affordable and comprehensive benefits package to those employees who work 20, or more, hours per week. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life coverage for the employee. Employees have the option to enroll their dependents in a medical or dental plan.

Important! the FSA contribution limits for 2025 have not yet been released by the IRS. The Employee Benefits Guide will be updated once the new limits are released.
