Become a Volunteer and Make a Difference

At Santee School District, we deeply value the time, knowledge, and expertise that parents, guardians, and community members share with our students. Volunteers help enrich our educational programs and build strong connections between our schools, families, local businesses, and community organizations.

Mandated Reporter Training – Coming Soon

In accordance with California Senate Bill (SB) 848, volunteers will be required to complete Mandated Reporter Training.

Santee School District is currently planning the training process and instructions for volunteers. Information regarding training requirements, how to access the approved training, and how to submit proof of completion will be communicated when available.

At this time, volunteers do not need to complete any mandated reporter training until the District announces the official implementation process.

These questions have been incorporated into the application are used to determine whether additional TB documentation or medical evaluation is required.
