The District is currently accepting applications from employees to be an On-Site Resident at Cajon Park School. On-Site Residents pay a significantly discounted monthly rent for living in the mobile home on the campus in exchange for providing facility monitoring services for the campus during non-work hours. On-Site Residents must also be on-call to respond to urgent matters that occur on District campuses when staff is not present (i.e. evenings, early mornings, and weekends).
Applications must be received no later than 4pm on June 9, 2023 and will be evaluated as to whether the applicant will be screened into an interview process using the following criteria:
- Number of applications received (no more than 8 will be interviewed)
- Employment longevity and stability
- Demonstrated dependability and willingness to accept and fulfill responsibilities
- Content and persuasiveness of application cover letter

- Accept applications: May 12, 2023 – June 9, 2023
- Conduct interviews: Week of June 19, 2023
- Select On-Site Resident candidate: By June 30, 2023
- Perform credit check: By July 5, 2023
- Finalize On-Site Resident: By July 7, 2023
- Execute Agreement (Board approval): July 18, 2023
- Move-In Date: September 1, 2023
