Getting an error message or password not working?

Try clearing your browser cache. From time-to-time PeopleSoft may not be functioning as you would expect. Clearing your browser cache is the first step you can take to resolve the issue. Below is instructions for a variety of browsers. 

Chrome

  1. Click 3 dots in upper right of browser
  2. Select More Tools > Clear browsing data
  3. Select the items to clear: Browsing historyClear download historyCookies and other site dataCached images and files
  4. At the top for time range, select All time
  5. Click Clear data

Firefox

  1. From hamburger menu (3 line), select History > Clear History
  2. From the Time range to clear menu, select Everything
  3. Under History, check Browsing and download historyActive loginsForm & search historyCookiesCached
  4. Click OK

Edge

  1. To view browsing history, select Hub in the upper right then select History
  2. Click the Clear all history hyperlink
  3. Select Browsing historyCookies and saved website dataCached images and filesDownload history
  4. Click Clear Now
  5. A message stating 'All clear!' will appear
  6. Click back on webpage

Safari

  1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History
  2. In pop up window, select Clear all history
  3. Click Clear History

Opera

  1. From the Opera menu, select Settings, and then select Clear Browsing Data button
  2. Select the items you want to clear: Browsing historyDownload history, Cookies and other site dataCached images and files
  3. At the top for Time range, select All time
  4. Click Clear Data
