We're getting ready for an AMAZING summer at ELP Summer Camp! Before your camper joins the fun, here are a few important things to know:
☀️ CAMP LOCATION
All Summer Camp programs will be held at:

📅 CAMP DATES
Summer Camp runs June 22 – July 31, 2026.
🚫 Camp will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day.
✅ VERIFY YOUR ENROLLMENT
Only campers enrolled for a specific week may attend that week. Please log into your EZChildTrack Parent Portal and verify your camp weeks before arriving.
🔑 PARENT PIN REQUIRED
For camper safety, all parents and authorized pick-up persons must have a PIN number in EZChildTrack.
Before camp starts:
✔ Verify your PIN
✔ Add authorized pick-up persons
✔ Ensure all authorized adults know their PIN
🪪 A valid photo ID is required at pick-up every day.
🍎 MEALS INCLUDED
Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are provided daily for all campers.
🥪 Campers attending field trips will receive a sack lunch before departure.
⚠️ FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Please notify an ELP Coordinator on your child's first day if accommodations are needed.
🎨 SPECIALTY CAMP FAMILIES
Specialty Camp instruction begins promptly at 10:00 AM each day.
Please arrive on time so your camper doesn't miss any of the exciting activities, projects, and hands-on learning opportunities!
🎉 DAILY CAMP ASSEMBLIES
Every afternoon we come together for songs, games, challenges, camper recognition, and lots of camp spirit!
⭐ Campers may be selected as Camper of the Day for demonstrating kindness, leadership, participation, and positive behavior.
🚗 DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Parking at PRIDE Academy is limited.
Please allow extra time during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, especially during the first week of camp. Thank you for your patience as we safely welcome and dismiss hundreds of campers each day.
⏰ EXTENDED CARE
Extended Care is available only for families who registered and paid for the service.
Morning Care: 6:30–8:00 AM
Evening Care: 5:00–6:00 PM
Families not enrolled in Extended Care may not access camp during these times.
💲 Late Pick-Up Fees
• $1 per minute from 5:00–5:15 PM
• $2 per minute after 5:15 PM
