Driving under the influence: will be denied for 3 years.
Reckless driving: will be denied for 3 years.
Any sex crime: rape, lewd and lustful conduct, child molestation, prostitution, etc.; will be denied for life.
Any offense relating to the use, sale and possession or transportation of narcotics, habit forming drugs or dangerous drugs: will be denied 7 years.
Any Felony: will be denied for at least 7 years.
